Online Order Filling Team Associate
Pay
Hourly wage ranges from $15 to $28 per hour, meeting or exceeding the applicable minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, with multiple premiums potentially applying if criteria are met.
Schedule
Full-time and part-time positions available. Shifts include Opening, Morning, Mid-Shift, and Closing. Work location: Walmart Supercenter #1021, 500 WARREN COUNTY CTR, WARRENTON, MO, 63383, US.
About the role
Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. Responsibilities include locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise, ensuring order accuracy before pickup, making appropriate product substitutions, and consulting with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
