Online Order Filling Team Associate
Pay
Hourly wage ranges from $16 to $29 per hour, meeting or exceeding the applicable minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may also be paid, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
Schedule
Full-time position with available shifts including Mid-Shift and Closing.
About the role
Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. Responsibilities include locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise, ensuring order accuracy before pick up, making appropriate product substitutions, and consulting with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
