About the role
Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Pay
- Hourly wage: $17 - $30 per hour (actual rate will equal or exceed required minimum wage applicable to the job location)
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premium pay ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed (multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met)
