Online Order Filling Team Associate
Job Overview
Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
Pay
The hourly wage is $14 - $27 per hour, with the actual hourly rate equaling or exceeding the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives, as well as premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, such as schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
