Online Mental Health Counselor (1099)

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality, empathetic, and evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families via our secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform
• Conduct initial assessments, establish personalized treatment plans, and monitor client progress
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation (intake notes, progress notes) within our user-friendly EHR system
• Manage your own availability and calendar through our platform

What We're Looking For

• Active, Unrestricted License: You must be fully and independently licensed to practice therapy in your state (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LPC, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD)
• Tech-Savvy & Remote-Ready: Comfortable navigating telehealth software, with a reliable high-speed internet connection and a private, quiet space to conduct confidential sessions
• Clinical Autonomy: Ability to work independently while maintaining high ethical and professional standards
• Malpractice Insurance: Must possess or be willing to obtain professional liability insurance
