Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns for online destinations
- Collaborate with external partners to enhance user experiences
- Develop and maintain relationships with travel industry stakeholders
- Stay updated on trends and best practices in destination marketing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in destination marketing or similar field
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience working with AI tools for recruitment and data analysis
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
