Essential Functions And Responsibilities

• Model a personal commitment to the goals and values of Liberty University, engage in an active commitment to, and experience of, personal spiritual formation within a biblically informed Christian worldview.
• Be committed to the evangelical standards and mission of Liberty University.
• Teach courses as assigned, taking advantage of teaching moments and opportunities using weekly announcements and emails.
• Carry out various administrative tasks as dictated by the Instructional Mentor, the Faculty Support Coordinator, Online Chairs, and other department administrators, including roster verification, reporting items, and timely submission of final grades.
• Teach material from approved curriculum in accordance with assigned schedule to ensure student satisfaction.
• Aid students in achieving completion of objectives and learning outcomes, providing regular and timely feedback.
• Participate in school retention initiatives by maintaining productive contact with students and aiding absent students.
• Advises students in matters related to academics, attendance, and behaviors.
• Maintain and report student grades and attendance in accordance with university policies.
• Strictly adhere to Liberty University policies, representing the University in an exemplary manner.
• Work effectively as a team member, embracing and fostering LU’s mission.

Qualifications And Credentials

• Earned a terminal degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Real Estate or Property Management.
• Holding an active Real Estate License.
• The Only Related Fields We Will Consider: Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Property Management, Real Estate Management, Real Estate Operations.

Pay

Courses are typically paid at $800 per load hour.
