Online Adjunct Faculty Communications Courses- Retail Operations Management

Qualifications

• Current employment with a Goodwill organization and a minimum of two years of Goodwill retail management, leadership, or relevant professional experience.
• A bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in a field related to the instructional assignment.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to student-centered teaching and supporting adult learners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and basic instructional technology.
• Ability and willingness to facilitate scheduled live online class sessions via Microsoft Teams, generally up to two times per week depending on the course schedule.
• Experience using a learning management system (LMS) is preferred.
• Previous online teaching or training experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Courses are delivered in 5.5-week terms using an online format that includes asynchronous coursework and scheduled live class sessions via Microsoft Teams.
