About the role

As an Ads Assessor, you will review online advertisements by rating their relevance to search terms and providing feedback on language and cultural relevance to improve content, quality, and layout. Your work will contribute to making internet search and online advertising more relevant and interesting for millions of users.

Responsibilities

• Review online advertisements for relevance to search terms.
• Provide feedback on language and cultural relevance of ads.
• Assess and improve the quality and layout of advertisements.
• Contribute to enhancing the relevance of internet search and online advertising.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills with full professional proficiency in English.
• Resident in the USA for the last 3 consecutive years with familiarity of current and historical business, media, sport, news, social media, and cultural affairs in the country.
• Active user of Gmail, Google+, and other forms of social media.
• Experience using web browsers to navigate and interact with a variety of content.
• Daily access to a broadband internet connection, a smartphone (Android 4.1, iOS 8 or higher), and a personal computer with antivirus software.
• A Barcode Scanner application installed on your smartphone to complete certain tasks.

Qualifications

• Complete an English language assessment.
• Pass an open book qualification exam.
• Complete an ID verification process.

These assessments will determine your suitability for the position.

Pay

Compensation is based on tasks completed and project availability. Estimated earnings may vary depending on task volume, program requirements, quality, and productivity, in accordance with the program's quality standards and guidelines.

Schedule

This opportunity is offered on an independent contractor basis. Contributors have the flexibility to choose when and how much they work, subject to project availability and quality requirements.

Please note that only one member per household may participate in this program. If it is identified that more than one person from the same household is participating in the Ads Quality Rating Program, all associated accounts will be removed from the program.
