Responsibilities

• Lead OneStream Enterprise Performance Management solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities for client engagements.
• Gather business and functional requirements and translate them into OneStream solution designs.
• Configure planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and close processes within OneStream applications.
• Support data validation, user acceptance testing, defect resolution, and deployment readiness across implementation workstreams.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and cross‑functional Deloitte teams to deliver project milestones, status updates, and implementation outcomes.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 4+ years of consulting experience, including two full OneStream implementations.
• 3+ years of experience with requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• 2+ years leading project workstreams or teams.
• Experience with OneStream architecture, configuration, and deployment across planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, or analytics use cases.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on client and industry needs.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

• OneStream certifications, including Certified Lead Architect.
• Advanced degree.
• Experience with finance process design and operating model design.
• Experience with executive stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.
• Experience with data integration, data quality, or enterprise data platforms supporting finance transformation.
• Experience in professional services or management consulting.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $110,700 to $218,300, reflecting factors such as skill set, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business needs. Compensation decisions are made on a case‑by‑case basis and are not typically at the top of the range.

Eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program is also provided, subject to program rules and individual and organizational performance.
