As an OneStream Consultant on the Business Finance team, you will engage with diverse global clients across various industries, diagnosing issues, formulating recommendations, and assisting in implementing solutions to improve finance operations.

Deloitte's Finance Transformation offering helps finance and global business services leaders navigate disruptive technologies, market uncertainty, and regulatory change. Within this offering, the Business Finance team drives strategic value through financial planning, forecasting, and analytics capabilities by leveraging next-gen processes, scalable data platforms, and AI to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 2+ years of experience in a corporate or consulting firm environment.
• 1+ years of OneStream experience, including one full-cycle OneStream implementation with business rules.
• 1+ years of experience with finance business processes and corporate reporting requirements.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on client and industry needs.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred

• Experience working with ETL tools and databases or integrations.
• Experience writing business rules.
• Experience supporting finance transformation, enterprise resource planning, or planning platform implementations.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, costing, grants management, or financial planning and analysis processes.
• Experience with production support, defect resolution, and release management.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.

Pay

The wage range for this role is $86,700 to $170,900, taking into account factors such as skill sets, experience, training, and other business needs. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to program rules and performance factors.
