Responsibilities

• Engage with diverse global clients across various industries.
• Diagnose issues using advanced analytical techniques.
• Conduct interviews and formulate recommendations.
• Aid clients in implementing solutions aligned with their strategic goals.
• Develop and present recommendations based on thorough analysis and client interactions.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Educational background: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Experience: 2+ years in a corporate or consulting firm environment, 1+ years of OneStream experience, including full-cycle implementations with business rules, 1+ years of finance-related experience.
• Travel: 50% on average, based on the nature of the work and client assignments.
• Preferred qualifications: Experience with ETL tools, databases, or integrations, writing business rules, supporting finance transformations, ERP or planning platform implementations, budgeting, forecasting, costing, grants management, or financial planning and analysis processes, production support, defect resolution, and release management, working with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 2+ years of experience in a corporate or consulting firm environment.
• 1+ years of OneStream experience, including full-cycle implementations with business rules.
• 1+ years of experience with finance business processes and corporate reporting requirements.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Experience working with ETL tools and databases or integrations.
• Experience writing business rules.
• Experience supporting finance transformation, enterprise resource planning, or planning platform implementations.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, costing, grants management, or financial planning and analysis processes.
• Experience with production support, defect resolution, and release management.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.

Pay

The wage range for this role is $86,700 to $170,900, reflecting the wide range of factors considered in compensation decisions.
