About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Employment Specialist with a passion for helping others overcome challenges and barriers. You will be experienced in delivering empathetic and practical support to build resilience and a solution-focused mindset, helping individuals stay in meaningful employment.

Location
The role will be based in Lancashire with travel expected across the area (Fylde, Lancaster, Morecambe, Wyre) throughout the week. Please note this is a community-based project.
Requirements
- A passion for helping people overcome barriers and succeed
- Experience supporting individuals with health conditions or disabilities
- Strong coaching and motivational skills
- Ability to build partnerships and networks
- Great organisational skills and caseload management experience
- Understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality, and data protection
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends
