We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description paragraphs. We need to use for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate etc.
We need to decide which sections to include. The posting includes:
- Intro: "This position is listed on behalf of a partner company..." etc. That's about the role. Could be "About the role". Should we include? Yes.
- Accountabilities list: that's responsibilities. So we need Responsibilities section with

We need to decide which sections to include. The posting includes:
- Intro: "This position is listed on behalf of a partner company..." etc. That's about the role. Could be "About the role". Should we include? Yes.
- Accountabilities list: that's responsibilities. So we need Responsibilities section with - items.
- Requirements: list of requirements.
- Benefits: list.
- Pay: they gave "$41.54 per hour for this full-time, non-exempt position." That's pay.
- Schedule: they gave "Regular working schedule of either 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST or 11:30 AM–8:00 PM EST." Also "Availability to work up to 2 holidays per year..." That's schedule.
- Skills: maybe not explicit separate list; but they have skills in requirements: "Strong clinical assessment, triage, symptom management, care coordination, and escalation-management skills." etc. Could be Skills section.
- Qualifications: maybe overlapping with Requirements; but we can treat Requirements as qualifications. However they ask to use headings like Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections to include based on content.
We have content for: About the role (intro paragraph), Responsibilities (accountabilities list), Requirements (license, education, experience, certification, etc), Benefits (list), Pay (hourly rate), Schedule (work schedule and holiday availability). Skills maybe we can extract from requirements but could be part of Requirements. However they said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Skills into Requirements or Qualifications. But they gave separate headings possible. We could include Skills section extracting skill statements: "Strong clinical assessment, triage, symptom management, care coordination, and escalation-management skills.", "Demonstrated ability to build rapport...", "Highly organized...", "Member-centered mindset...", "Action-oriented approach...", "Adaptability...", "Fluency in Spanish...", "Willingness to collaborate...". Those are more like competencies/skills. Could be Skills section.
Qualifications maybe overlapping with Requirements (education, licensure). Could combine.
We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc.
We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Thus produce something like:

Pay
$41.54 per hour for this full-time, non-exempt position.
Schedule
- Regular working schedule of either 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST or 11:30 AM–8:00 PM EST.
- Availability to work up to 2 holidays per year to support sufficient clinical coverage, with holiday shifts compensated at 2.5x the regular hourly rate.
We need to ensure we preserve all substantive info. Let's extract each piece.
Intro paragraph(s):
"This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Oncology Nurse Navigator based in the United States. As an Oncology Nurse Navigator, you will provide compassionate, clinically focused support to members throughout their cancer journey. Working remotely by phone and email, you will help members navigate symptoms, treatment needs, care coordination, and complex clinical situations. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, monitor member health, and collaborate closely with nurses, medical directors, providers, and care teams. The role emphasizes longitudinal oncology care and symptom management rather than hospital admission or discharge coordination. You will also help address social needs, strengthen connections across the care network, and support members through survivorship or end-of-life care. This is an opportunity to combine strong oncology expertise with empathy, clinical judgment, and technology-enabled care in a mission-driven environment."
That's the about the role.
Responsibilities (Accountabilities list):
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and provide ongoing triage, education, symptom management, and clinical support to members through phone and email.
- Support members across the full oncology care continuum, from screening and active treatment through survivorship and end-of-life care.
- Monitor member health, identify emerging clinical needs, and respond promptly to urgent issues and escalations.
- Provide care coordination support, including nutritional resources, provider referrals, discharge planning, and assistance navigating appropriate services.
- Build trusting relationships with members and their care networks through empathy, active listening, clear communication, and consistent follow-up.
- Collaborate with Nurse Team Leads, Medical Directors, oncology providers, primary care providers, payers, and other members of the care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
- Participate in case conferences, provide updates on member progress, and contribute to targeted and individualized support plans.
- Partner with non-clinical team members to address social determinants of health, including transportation, food access, and other practical barriers to care.
- Provide clinical consultation and support for urgent escalations while following established clinical protocols and best practices.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and follow care team policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Become proficient with internal systems, technology, tools, and partner workflows while managing a target of at least 20 member calls per day.
- Contribute to additional projects and initiatives aligned with department priorities and business needs.
That's responsibilities.
Requirements list:
- Active, unrestricted compact Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; BSN preferred.
- Compact and/or single-state licensure in New York and/or Illinois is preferred.
- At least 5 years of professional nursing experience, including a minimum of 3 years of solid tumor oncology nursing experience.
- Oncology-related certification such as Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN), Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse (AOCN), Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Specialist (AOCNS), or Certified Case Manager (CCM) is required, or must be obtained within 2 years of hire.
- Strong clinical assessment, triage, symptom management, care coordination, and escalation-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with members and communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, providers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities, detailed documentation, and frequent member interactions in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Member-centered mindset with strong empathy, active listening, and commitment to delivering a supportive care experience.
- Action-oriented approach with the ability to recognize urgent needs, prioritize effectively, and take appropriate clinical action.
- Adaptability and comfort working in dynamic environments with evolving processes, technology, and priorities.
- Fluency in Spanish, both written and verbal, is preferred.
- Willingness to collaborate across clinical and non-clinical functions and contribute to a team-oriented care model.
Note: Some of these are skills; but we can keep them in Requirements.
Skills section: maybe we can extract the skill-specific bullet points: "Strong clinical assessment, triage, symptom management, care coordination, and escalation-management skills.", "Demonstrated ability to build rapport...", "Highly organized...", "Member-centered mindset...", "Action-oriented approach...", "Adaptability...", "Fluency in Spanish...", "Willingness to collaborate...". However these are already in Requirements; but we could still create Skills section with those. However to avoid duplication, we could move skill-related bullets to Skills and keep Requirements more about licensure, education, experience, certification. But the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; not to invent or summarize away detail. Duplication is allowed? It says remove duplicated lines. So we should not duplicate same content. So we need to decide where each bullet belongs without duplication.
Thus we can split: Requirements: licensure, education, experience, certification. Skills: the skill/competency bullets.
Let's extract:
Requirements bullets (non-skill):
Skills bullets:
Benefits list:
- $41.54 per hour for this full-time, non-exempt position. (Actually that's pay, but they also list under Benefits? In posting they have Benefits section with bullet: "$41.54 per hour for this full-time, non-exempt position." then other benefits.)
Let's parse Benefits section from posting:
"Benefits
$41.54 per hour for this full-time, non-exempt position.
Fully remote work within the lower 48 United States due to contractual requirements related to protected health information.
Choice of medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.
Generous vacation policy for full-time employees.
Regular working schedule of either 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST or 11:30 AM–8:00 PM EST.

Opportunity to support members through meaningful moments across the cancer care journey.
Collaborative environment with clinical leaders, medical directors, providers, and multidisciplinary care professionals.
Inclusive workplace focused on diverse perspectives and improving the healthcare experience for people affected by cancer."
Thus Benefits includes pay, remote work, insurance, vacation, schedule, holiday, opportunity, collaborative environment, inclusive workplace.
But we have separate Pay and Schedule sections per instruction. So we should extract Pay and Schedule from Benefits and put them in their own sections, leaving Benefits with remaining items.
Thus:
Pay: "$41.54 per hour for this full-time, non-exempt position."
Schedule: "Regular working schedule of either 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST or 11:30 AM–8:00 PM EST." and "Availability to work up to 2 holidays per year to support sufficient clinical coverage, with holiday shifts compensated at 2.5x the regular hourly rate."
Benefits (remaining):
- Fully remote work within the lower 48 United States due to contractual requirements
