About the Role

This position involves providing multidisciplinary care for prostate, bladder, and kidney cancers within an academic setting. The faculty member will participate in clinical and translational research, enroll patients in investigator-initiated and cooperative group trials, and collaborate with full-time inpatient providers. Teaching and mentoring residents, fellows, and medical students are key responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide multidisciplinary patient care for genitourinary (GU) cancers
  • Engage in clinical and translational research
  • Enroll patients in clinical trials and collaborate on research projects
  • Teach and mentor medical trainees, including residents, fellows, and medical students
  • Participate in inpatient and outpatient care, including weekend coverage

Requirements

  • Expertise in genitourinary oncology
  • Strong research interests and participation in research activities
  • Clinical skills in managing GU cancers
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, academic environment
