Responsibilities

• Provide advanced oncology pharmacotherapy for complex cancer patients.
• Optimize chemotherapy and supportive care regimens.
• Perform therapeutic drug monitoring to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Ensure safe and compliant sterile compounding practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams through patient rounding.
• Educate patients and healthcare staff on oncology treatments and protocols.
• Develop, review, and update oncology treatment protocols.
• Support research initiatives and quality improvement projects.
