About the Role

What if your deep knowledge of cancer clinical trials could directly shape how AI understands and reasons about oncology — influencing the next generation of tools that support cancer research and care?

We're looking for experienced Oncology Clinical Researchers to bring real-world trial expertise into cutting-edge AI development. You'll review, evaluate, and inform AI-generated oncology content — ensuring it reflects the scientific rigor, regulatory standards, and clinical nuance that this field demands.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for oncology professionals who want to do meaningful work on their own schedule.

What You'll Do

  • Review and evaluate AI-generated oncology content for clinical accuracy, scientific validity, and regulatory alignment
  • Apply your experience in protocol development, patient enrollment, and trial oversight to assess how well AI captures real-world trial design
  • Analyze AI outputs covering safety data, efficacy endpoints, and biomarker results — flagging gaps, errors, or oversimplifications
  • Evaluate AI-generated regulatory and scientific content against FDA/EMA submission standards
  • Provide structured, expert feedback that directly shapes how AI models learn to reason about oncology
  • Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Experienced in designing and managing oncology clinical trials — from protocol development through data readout
  • Strong analytical background in oncology data, including endpoints, safety profiles, and biomarkers
  • Familiar with regulatory submission standards for agencies such as the FDA or EMA
  • Detail-oriented and rigorous — you catch what others miss
  • Comfortable working independently without hand-holding

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation workflows
  • Background in medical writing, regulatory affairs, or clinical data management
  • Experience across multiple cancer types or trial phases
  • Familiarity with AI tools or clinical research platforms

Why Join Us

  • Work directly on frontier AI systems transforming how the world understands cancer research
  • Influence how AI models reason about real oncology data — your expertise sets the standard
  • Fully remote and flexible — work when and where it suits you
  • Freelance autonomy with the substance of meaningful, high-impact work
  • Collaborate with leading AI research teams and labs on the cutting edge of medical AI
  • Potential for ongoing work and contract extension as new projects launch
