About the role

Established practice currently experiencing growth (2–3 week waitlist for new patients)

Work alongside a full-time physician during onboarding

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 10am–6pm
Wednesday: 12pm–7pm
Friday: 10am–3pm

• Flexible schedule options available (3- or 4-day work week possible)
• The emphasis is on quality over volume and building strong patient relationships

Who They're Looking For

MD or DO

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology & Oncology

Strong communicator with a community-oriented mindset

Interested in building long-term roots within the practice

Open to physicians at all career stages

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $500,000
