Providing high-quality, patient-centric care at OSF OnCall Urgent Care. Responsibilities include maintaining consistent service quality, accurate medical records, cost-effective practice management, and floating between clinics as needed.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care.
- Maintain consistency and quality of all services provided.
- Keep full and current patient medical records, including examination reports, procedures, and other services.
- Assist in minimizing practice costs while maintaining high-quality care.
- Provide a personalized, patient-centric experience.
- Float between clinics as needed.
Requirements
- Licensed to provide advanced practice nursing or physician assistant services in Illinois (per Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation).
- Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification from the National Certification Corporation (for Nurse Practitioners).
- Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
- BLS/ACLS Certified.
- Eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
- Qualified to participate in OSF's professional malpractice and liability coverage programs.
Qualifications
- Demonstrates knowledge and skills to provide patient care aligned with patient preferences, goals, and needs.
- Prior experience or fellowship in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care preferred (new graduates considered).

Pay
Full-time clinical base hourly pay range: $60.39–$68.10. Additional compensation components (e.g., bonuses or incentives) may apply based on experience, qualifications, or community need.
Schedule
12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week.
