About the role

At Blue Origin, we envision millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth. We’re working to develop reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems within a culture of safety, collaboration, and inclusion. Join our team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight! This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams, functions, and locations. As part of a hardworking team of learning and development specialists, you will serve as the operational anchor for Blue Origin's New Employee Orientation (NEO) program, with heightened support in Florida. This role provides dedicated logistics support, ensuring every new employee receives a seamless and high-quality Day 1 experience. You will own the end-to-end operational tasks that make orientation run smoothly—from pre-event preparation to real-time execution and teardown—while enabling our program owner and facilitators to focus on delivering the exceptional orientation every new Blue Origin employee deserves. This role will also provide general administrative support for our Rewards & Recognition programs including event planning logistics, on-site event support and responding to employee inquiries. Don’t meet all desired requirements? Studies have shown that some people are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single desired qualification. At Blue Origin, we are dedicated to building an authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every desired qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

  • Coordinate and distribute host communications, including links and special considerations
  • Provide real-time coordination with IT, Facilities, and site admins/leads
  • Communicate with Blue Guides and manage no-shows or last-minute schedule adjustments (Florida)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve last-minute room changes or logistical issues on the ground
  • Support the transition to and execution of a two-room NEO arrangement, ensuring on-time schedule
