Onboarding Specialist (RN) - NICU
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can list each bullet as
- . Might group under headings? The instruction: Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Thus we need sections: About the role (prose), Responsibilities (list), Requirements (list?), Qualifications (list?), Skills (list?), Benefits (if any), Pay (if any), Schedule (if any). We have schedule info. Benefits not mentioned. Pay not mentioned. So we omit Benefits and Pay sections. We need to decide what goes into Requirements vs Qualifications vs Skills. Typically Requirements: minimum experience, licensure, certifications. Qualifications: preferred qualifications (BSN, mentor, etc). Skills: knowledge, skills, abilities (critical thinking, communication, etc). Could also include technical skills under responsibilities but we already have responsibilities list. We must preserve all substantive info; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include each piece. Let's extract: About the role: Could combine the mission statement and job description paragraph. Also maybe the first paragraph about Children's being leading hospital etc. That's about the organization, not role but could be About the role. We'll include that as prose. Responsibilities: list all bullet points under Job Responsibilities sub-sections. We'll need to flatten them into a list. Requirements: Minimum 2 years RN experience; Minimum 1 year pediatric/specialty experience; NICU highly preferred; Minimum 1 year teaching or orienting clinical staff; Licensure as RN in GA or multi-state via eNLC; BLS certification within 30 days or upon start if ED; PEARS or PALS certification as required by department; Graduate from accredited school of nursing (education). Also maybe "Worker Sub-Type Regular" but that's employment type, not requirement. Could include under Requirements? Might be schedule. We'll keep schedule separate. Qualifications: Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing; Formal mentor/preceptor; Experience in orienting different roles to clinical care (student, new graduate, nurse with experience). Skills: Demonstrated competence in critical thinking, interpersonal, and technical skills; Strong communication and organizational skills; Self-motivated and directed; Promotes and fosters learning opportunities; Provides timely and actionable feedback; Proficiency in using and navigating technology tools such as electronic medical record, Microsoft Office Suite, Learning Management System. Also maybe "Critical thinking" etc already covered but okay. Schedule: Work Shift Night; Work Day(s) Variable; Shift Start Time 7:00 PM; Shift End Time 7:00 AM; Worker Sub-Type Regular. We need to output HTML fragment only. We'll create sections:
