Job Summary For Onboarding Specialist (St Louis, MO) Responsible for managing end-to-end onboarding process for new customers of a Managed Services Provider (MSP). Conduct client discovery sessions to gather technical and business requirements. Document customer environments, systems, processes, and IT infrastructure. Review and maintain documentation for accuracy and consistency. Collaborate with technical, sales, and customer success teams throughout onboarding. Act as a primary customer-facing point of contact, building strong client relationships. Utilize broad IT knowledge to address a variety of customer needs. Lead conversations and meetings directly with customers; strong presence and professionalism required. Ideal for candidates with experience as Onboarding Specialist, Implementation Specialist, Technical Account Manager, Service Delivery Coordinator, Customer Success, or client-facing MSP Support Technician/Systems Administrator. Not suitable for those seeking ticket-only/help desk roles with limited customer interaction.
