Onboarding Specialist II

Corient · Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area · 1 mo ago
Human ResourcesFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About Corient, About The Role (maybe "About the role"), Responsibilities, Qualifications & Requirements, Benefits (What You Can Expect From Us). Also maybe "Physical Requirements" and "U.S. Eligibility Requirements" but those are not in the allowed headings list; we only use headings from list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can only use those headings. We need to map content accordingly. We have sections: About Corient (intro) - maybe we can treat as "About the role"? Actually "About Corient" is about company, not role. Could be placed under "About the role"? But they said do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. They didn't forbid having an "About Corient" section, but they only gave examples of headings; they didn't say we cannot use other headings. However they said "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." This suggests we should use those headings where applicable. Probably we should include About Corient as a paragraph before the role description, not as a heading. Could embed in a

without heading. We need to include sections only when posting has real, specific content. We have responsibilities list, qualifications, benefits. No pay or schedule specifics (except mention "This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week" repeated but that's schedule info: "This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week." That's schedule info. So we could include a Schedule section with that detail. However they said never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. The posting does state schedule: "This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week." So we can include Schedule section. Benefits: we have "What You Can Expect From Us" list of benefits. So Benefits section. Pay: not mentioned, so omit. Skills: could be part of Qualifications; but we could also have Skills section if we want. But we have qualifications list includes skills. Might combine. We need to avoid boilerplate: remove EEO, legal, etc. Also remove duplicated lines (like repeated Corient description). Also remove physical requirements, US eligibility, etc. Also remove repeated paragraphs like "This position description is intended..." etc. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to keep responsibilities list, qualifications list, benefits list, schedule note, maybe also mention "Onsite 4 days per week". Also maybe mention "Must be confidential with all client and firm matters". Also mention "Ability to work independently..." etc. We need to format responsibilities as

  • . Qualifications as
    • . Benefits as
      • . Schedule as

maybe. We need to avoid repeating the job title as heading. The job title is Onboarding Specialist II. We'll not add heading for it. We'll produce something like:

        About Corient

maybe not allowed but we can keep as

        intro. But they said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role...). They didn't forbid other headings but likely they want only those headings. However we need to convey About Corient info. Could put it in a

without heading. That's fine. Let's craft:

Join a team that values your ambition and empowers your growth At Corient, we help high- and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families to enjoy a full life, while enabling them to preserve their wealth for future generations, and provide for the people, causes and communities they care about. We focus on exceeding expectations, simplifying lives, and establishing legacies that last for generations. We are always looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our team. If you want to work for a company that values your contributions and supports your growth, we would like to meet you.

Then maybe a paragraph about Corient: "Corient is the world’s largest multi-family office and non-bank wealth manager..." etc. We'll keep that as a paragraph. Then

        About the role

maybe? Actually they said About the role is a possible heading. We'll use that. Then responsibilities heading:

        Responsibilities

        with
          . Then qualifications heading:

          Qualifications

          with
            . Then benefits heading:

            Benefits

            with
              . Then schedule heading:

              Schedule

              with

. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to ensure we don't include duplicated lines like the repeated Corient description. We'll include it once. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, physical requirements, US eligibility, etc. Also remove repeated "This position description is intended..." etc. Let's extract substantive content: From the posting: - Intro: "Join a team that values your ambition and empowers your growth At Corient, we help high- and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families to enjoy a full life, while enabling them to preserve their wealth for future generations, and provide for the people, causes and communities they care about.
