Onboarding Project Manager

Our SightMap, TouchTour, and Asset Intelligence product lines deliver stunning unit-level map visualizations that integrate with countless websites and property tech applications, helping property owners and prospective renters ensure occupancy and drive revenue.

The Onboarding Project Manager plays a key role in planning, coordinating, and implementing software projects, requiring industry and product expertise alongside the ability to develop and execute sound project management strategies that meet financial targets and critical milestones. This position also leads department efforts to update project templates and workflows and influences change management within the internal team.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Project Management: Own and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines, ensuring critical milestones are met by coordinating tasks across multiple departments.
• Stakeholder Communication & Relationship Building: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, providing consistent and transparent weekly status updates and proactively resolving project roadblocks to build strong, long-lasting relationships.
• Quality & Standards Management: Uphold the highest quality of work by proofreading content, reviewing design, and testing technology before launch to ensure every project meets Engrain’s standards for excellence.
• Analytical & Reporting Skills: Maintain project dashboards and status reports that provide real-time transparency for account management and company leadership, using data to inform decisions and keep everyone aligned.
• Problem-Solving & Prioritization: Identify and resolve complex issues, make quick and sound decisions, and prioritize client and internal requests based on severity and impact to focus resources on critical tasks.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and leading teams.
• Technical Acumen: Highly proficient with CRM, CMS, and advanced project management systems; ability to quickly understand new technology platforms and apply best practices for user experience and interface.
• Exceptional Communication: Skilled in providing clear, concise, and professional communication in all formats, from detailed reports to high-level stakeholder conversations.
• Leadership & Influence: Proven ability to influence and persuade both clients and internal teams to keep projects moving forward.
• Client-Centric Mindset: Strong passion and drive for achieving high levels of client satisfaction and exceeding expectations.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Pay

Base salary of $80,000 - $87,000 for Colorado candidates. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements.
