Onboarding Implementation Client Change Management

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing virtual teams tasked with project managing client transformations across operating models, digital, data, regulatory & compliance and technology.
• Securing new business as well as managing existing client relationships and implementations.
• Interacting with other Citco global offices and technology groups.
• Leading the team in overseeing the success of the strategic and tactical initiatives in partnership with various business units’ senior leadership teams.
• Providing strategic leadership, ensuring the team executes programs in a standardized, risk-adverse manner, providing Management Information Reporting for initiatives as well as marketing the team and identifying opportunities to expand the team’s scope and improve processes and frameworks.

Qualifications

• A related degree or related professional qualification.
• 5+ years’ experience in accounting operations and relationship management.
• 10+ years’ experience in the financial industry and in an external client facing role.
• 10+ years’ experience in Program and Project Management.
• Proven knowledge of Private Equity, Real Assets, and Credit fund administration.
• Proven Business Analysis experience.
