OnBase Infrastructure Administrator (Onsite Hybrid)

About the role

NTT DATA is seeking an OnBase Infrastructure Administrator to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This is an Onsite Hybrid position.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support OnBase solutions based on business requirements
• Use and/or maintain Hyland OnBase Configuration, Studio, Unity Management Console, and OnBase Clients (Unity, Web, Thick)
• Integrate with external systems via OnBase API development (SOAPUI, RESTful APIs)
• Collaborate with infrastructure providers to determine requirements for the deployment of database, web, and application servers in a multi-instance environment
• Specify and verify the architecture necessary for OnBase integration with other application systems
• Install, configure, upgrade, and support Hyland's OnBase ECM software
• Configure and manage OnBase modules including WorkView and Unity Forms
• Develop and manage Document Retrieval, Custom Queries, and Import Processes
• Configure and maintain Scan Queues and Mailbox Importer processes
• Implement and manage user roles, user groups, and security keywords
• Develop dashboards and reports for business insights and operational tracking
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and data integrity
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and solution delivery
• Maintain proper configuration and access control across environments
• Implement and troubleshoot IIS and Windows server 2019/2022/2025

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with OnBase API, C#.NET, VBScript and/or PowerShell scripting, HTML, XML
• 5+ years experience with OnBase Workflow Studio Export, Utils Import/Export Configuration, and Configuration Migration

Preferred Skills

• Ability to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve OnBase issues, understanding and supporting processes and OnBase applications across multiple business areas
• Experience with document scanning modules, DIP, COLD, App Enabler, Host Enabler, Barcodes, DocPop, AutoFill, and Keyword Updater
• Strong understanding of document management and workflow automation
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience with MS SQL server database 2016 or higher
• Experience with Microsoft IIS
• Web services: SOAPUI, RESTful APIs (OnBase API Certified)

Pay

The starting pay range for this role is $87,720 - $131,580 per annum. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
