About the Opportunity:The ONBASE BUSINESS ANALYST serves as a strategic liaison between business units and development teams to support workflow and document management through the OnBase application. This role contributes by facilitating communication and collaboration to develop and enhance products and services, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into project plans and process improvements. The position supports operational efficiency and innovation within the organization’s document management systems. Responsibilities:Collaborate with internal business units, IT teams, and external client units to support workflow and document management within the OnBase application.Engage with business and operational teams to strategize, prioritize, develop, and support products and services within OnBase.Schedule, host, and lead project-related meetings; document and distribute notes.Serve as primary communication link between business units, operational units, and the OnBase development team.Facilitate requirement-gathering activities with thorough documentation, analysis, and validation.Translate business requirements into actionable project plans and identify opportunities for process improvement.Communicate regularly with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and IT partners.Collaborate with customers and partners to reevaluate and prioritize development efforts.Analyze and understand application/system specifications, including testing and installation methods.Seek opportunities to integrate emerging technologies within the OnBase application.Work cooperatively within the OnBase team to review new development, configuration, and coding for efficiency and minimal disruption. Requirements:High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.Minimum 18 years of age.At least 1 year of experience using OnBase.Minimum 2 years of experience gathering business requirements and implementing projects based on those requirements.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, formula management) and Microsoft Word (document creation and editing).Experience scheduling, hosting, and leading meetings.Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Salary range: $60,200 to $107,400 annually based on full-time employment.
