On-Site Supervisor/Chief Engineer with Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Daily Checks with Building Engineers and Technicians
• Weekly Reports
• Time Sheet Review
• Time Exception Review
• Overtime PTOScreen, hire, supervise, and coordinate training activities for engineering staff.
• Provide technical support, job delegation, and project management to engineering team.
• Aid in reducing operating expenses while maintaining and enhancing the quality of services provided.
• Aid in generating and executing budgets.
• Aid in generating scope for /RFA/RFP.
• Assist with project management.
• Outline a seamless customer impact.
• Aid in ensuring safety guidelines are followed.
• Provide on-time updates to Client.
• Aid in construction projects.
• Review construction drawings to ensure standards are followed.
• Collaborate with General Contractors (GCs) on impacts to existing customers, FLS impairments, warranty work, etc.
• Oversee commissioning of new equipment.
• Vendor contract review and management.
• Monitor and control energy efficiency.
• Aid in generating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Aid in ensuring OSHA compliance.
• Aid in outlining and meeting team development goals.

Requirements

• At least five years (within the past seven years) experience in the management and supervision of building mechanical operations and maintenance for high-rise buildings.
• A Arizona Refrigeration and / or Air Conditioning Operators License and a Universal Refrigerant Certification.
• Federal Government Experience
• High Rise Office Building Experience

Qualifications

Salary offered will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualifications, and certifications.
