On-Site Service Engineer - 3rd Shift

We are seeking an On-Site Service Engineer for third-shift operations to support laboratory automation systems. Responsibilities Include Operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing Propel, Matrix, and Propel Plate Accelerator systemsPerforming routine and emergency maintenance, inspections, and diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issuesConducting Factory and Site Acceptance Testing, installing equipment, and executing system upgrades and validationProviding technical support, operator training, and maintenance recommendations to customersManaging service inventory and documenting maintenance records and customer feedback Qualifications And Skills Associate degree in Engineering, Electronics, Robotics, Mechatronics, or related fieldOver 3 years of field service experience with complex automation systemsAbility to lift and carry 50+ pounds regularlyProficiency in Microsoft Office and diagnostic tools such as DVMs and oscilloscopesKnowledge of electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, and automation systemsStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and customer service skillsPermanent US work authorization without sponsorship
