What You’ll Get

• Hourly Rate: $16.75 + Commission
• Sign-on Bonus: $1,000 ($500 paid at 60 and 90 days of employment)

The Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities Are

• Welcoming customers with a pleasant greeting and professional attitude
• Assisting with luggage and answering questions in a friendly manner
• Providing an invoice and explaining charges
• Resolving customer issues and concerns professionally
• Inspecting vehicles, recording damage, and completing documentation
• Ensuring proper vehicle departure by securing keys and reminding customers to remove belongings
• Offering assistance as needed
• Communicating customer feedback and participating in action planning
• Maintaining a professional appearance and work area

Basic Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and attention to detail
• One year of sales or customer experience in a high volume or service-oriented environment
• Proven strong sales and closing skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Good communication skills (written and oral)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Professionalism and interpersonal skills
• Experience working well within a team
• 100% customer focus
