About the role
As the On-Site Print Specialist, you will create print projects for clients at their assigned location, ensuring high-quality services and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming print orders and clarify project details as needed.
- Create finished print products, including classroom materials, forms (simple and multiple-part non-carbon), pads of paper, programs, booklets, comb and/or tape-bound books, certificates, letterhead, and business cards. This may involve printing electronic files directly or copying from hard-copy originals.
- Log all orders upon arrival and track completion and delivery.
- Prioritize orders to meet delivery deadlines.
- Operate various equipment, such as electric cutters, laminators, folding, and inserting machines, to complete orders.
- Maintain inventory of necessary supplies for upcoming orders.
- Process outgoing mail for pickup (select locations only).
- Properly maintain all equipment, arrange for service as needed, and obtain necessary approvals.
- Sign for and receive deliveries of materials and supplies in the print center.
- Provide backup support to other On-Site Print team members when needed, including occasional coverage at their assigned locations.
- Accurately maintain and comply with documentation and administrative procedures, including timely time entry.
- Communicate regularly with Marco personnel and client contacts to optimize quality and client relationships.
- Attend required company and departmental meetings.
- Adhere to Marco policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Prior working knowledge of copiers, binding equipment, laminators, and padding equipment preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License, proof of personal insurance, and an acceptable driving record (if travel is required).
Skills
- Proficiency with business collaboration tools, including MS Office applications and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal and external clients.
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and adapt to changing priorities.
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; looks for ways to improve and promote quality; applies feedback to improve performance; monitors own work to ensure quality.
- Strong attention to detail when interpreting orders and in production to ensure quality and accuracy in the finished product.

- Strong ability to exercise independent judgment.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $19.10–$27.70 hourly, based on the candidate's skill level, experience, relevant licenses, and educational background.
