Job Responsibilities
- Ordering supplies and maintaining office and equipment
- Cooking and coordinating food for events
- Coordinating petty cash and managing office funds
- Filing and shredding documents
- Photocopying and printing documents
- Administering administrative tasks such as greeting guests, maintaining visitor sign-in sheets, answering phones, directing inquiries, distributing paychecks, coordinating mailings, uploading documents to agency intranet, and data entry
- Processing and submitting invoices, contacting vendors for information, and submitting electronic and paper-based check requests
- Submitting expense reports to finance
- Researching and registering staff for trainings
- Aiding in the setup for trainings and team-building activities, including gathering and distributing documentation
- Communicating with landlords regarding office space issues and arranging for trainings and meetings
- Aiding in hiring processes, including preparing hiring packets and handling new hire paperwork
- Arranging and distributing keys to new staff members
Job Requirements
- High School diploma/GED required (prefer bachelor's degree)
- At least one year of relevant experience preferred, but any level of experience will be considered
- Administrative, customer service, or human services experience is beneficial but not mandatory
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
Skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Data entry skills
