About the role
Draft Technician: Responsible for the installation, service, and repair of beverage coolers, taps, and other beverage distribution equipment. Will also assist with draft beer installations and coordination of outside events. This position requires a high level of accuracy and ability to troubleshoot problems with equipment.
The noise level is usually loud, and the employee may be exposed to outside weather conditions. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and exert force of up to 100 pounds to move objects. Must be at least 21 years of age due to the products they will be handling.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and clean draft lines and equipment in assigned retail accounts within designated territory.
- Understand and comply with all Quality Assurance guidelines and policies of the company.
- Solicit additional draft lines or product placements.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs of POS materials.
- Maintain company-assigned vehicle.
- Communicate with Draft Supervisor on key issues.
- Execute all responsibilities in accordance with adopted ground rules.
- Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license; Class A CDL preferred.
Schedule
Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
