On Premise – Entry Level Sales Representative

This position covers the Brooklyn/NYC territory and offers a culture of continuous improvement, including a comprehensive onboarding program, ongoing supervisor ride-withs, product training, and tuition assistance. We prioritize promoting from within.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective account relationships and promote the goodwill of the company
• Represent our world-class brands in a dynamic market
• Grow brand presence within existing accounts
• Proper merchandising of accounts with permanent and paper POS
• Effective Accounts Receivable collections according to State Law
• Develop accounts base by opening new accounts and growing points of distribution
• Handle customer inquiries regarding credit, delivery, product information, and other questions
• Execute monthly and quarterly priorities as related to business activities
• Create relationships with appropriate account personnel and supplier teams to maintain and improve customer service
• Support the Marketing Team in executing brand development programs and placement of promotional materials
• Rotate product to maintain freshness as required
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• 21 years of age or older to comply with federal and state regulations
• Passion for beer, superior customer service skills, and ability to build relationships
• Valid driver’s license with active auto insurance
• Ability to fulfill physical demands of the job
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Strong comfort level with technology
• Must be able to obtain a solicitor’s license and maintain it
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
• Ability and willingness to work independently and with a team
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English

Pay

Total compensation range including bonuses: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
