On Line QC (1st Shift)

General Duties

Performs quality control inspections, checks, and tests during the manufacture of products.

Inspects products at different stages of production.

Records observations and may make recommendations for improving processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Makes recommendations for improving processes based on inspections.
• Monitors SSOP, GMP's & HACCP.
• Performs other duties as listed on SWES and/or training register.

Work Environment

• Near moving mechanical parts.
• Regularly exposed to extreme hot or cold.
• Constantly exposed to vibrations.
• Exposed to fumes, or airborne particles.
• Work environment can be noisy and/or moderately loud.
• May require personal protective equipment depending on location.

Physical Requirements

• Standing and/or walking for periods of eight hours or more.
• Moving and examining objects at high and low reach.
• Reading for periods of three hours or more.

Education And Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
