As an On‑Demand Team Member you can work as much or as little as you like; your schedule varies with shift availability and store needs. You create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted via the myTime mobile app, with reliable and prompt attendance required when you commit to a shift. You must work at least one shift every four weeks (minimum four hours) and at least one shift within five months to avoid administrative termination.
In the Small Format team you ensure product is in stock, available, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor of Target’s smallest format stores. You perform a wide range of duties including cashiering, stocking, presentation, price accuracy, truck unload, backroom audits, operating power equipment when certified, maintaining store cleanliness, supporting guest services (backup cashier, order pick‑up, Drive‑up), and complying with safety, ethical conduct and adult beverage laws.
