As an On‑Demand Team Member you can work as much or as little as you like; your schedule varies with shift availability and store needs. You create your own schedule by picking up shifts via the myTime mobile app, with reliable and prompt attendance required when you choose a shift. You must work at least one shift every four weeks (minimum four hours) and at least one shift within five months to avoid administrative termination.
In our Small Format stores you ensure product is in stock, available, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. You provide exceptional guest service, customize each experience, anticipate guest needs, and perform a wide range of duties including cashiering, stocking, presentation, price accuracy, truck unload, backroom audits, operating power equipment (if certified), maintaining brand standards, and supporting guest services such as backup cashier, order pick‑up and Drive‑up while complying with safety, ethical conduct and adult beverage laws.
