About the Role

As an On-Demand Team Member (TM) at Target, you'll have the flexibility to work as much or as little as you like, creating your own schedule by picking up shifts that fit your availability. This role is perfect for those seeking a personalized work schedule. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, both in-store and digitally, while ensuring a welcoming and efficient shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, provide assistance, and exceed service expectations.
• Promote and engage guests around Target's loyalty programs, services, and offerings.
• Operate checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up, and drive-up efficiently.
• Handle returns, resolve guest concerns, and de-escalate situations following Target's policies.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock supplies, and support order pick-up and drive-up services.
• Comply with safety policies, report hazards, and support cash office operations as needed.

Requirements

• Flexibility to work varying hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times.
• Active engagement by picking up shifts and responding to contact attempts.
• Ability to work at least one shift every 5 months to maintain employment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally.
• Capability to work in varying temperatures and remain mobile during shifts.

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $16.25 USD per hour.
