However we already used some schedule details in About the role; we could move schedule-specific content to Schedule section and keep About the role more generic. Let's split: About the role: Target overview and On-Demand concept (maybe not schedule specifics). Schedule: details about flexible schedule, picking up shifts, myTime app, minimum shift every 4 weeks, etc.

About the role
Working at Target means helping all families discover the joy of everyday life. We bring that vision to life through our values and culture. As an On‑Demand Team Member, you can work as much or as little as you like, creating your own schedule by picking up shifts via the myTime mobile scheduling app.
Schedule
Your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. You are not on the posted weekly schedule; instead you pick up shifts that work best for you. When you choose a shift, reliable and prompt attendance is required. You must work at least one shift every four weeks (minimum four hours) and at least one shift within five months to avoid administrative termination. Flexibility can be granted in certain circumstances, but you must respond to contact attempts to confirm interest in shifts. After an offer, you will attend a Target Welcome orientation and complete a short‑term structured training schedule before using the myTime app to select shifts.
Pay
Starting Hourly Rate: $18.00 USD per hour.
