About the role
Working at Target means helping all families discover the joy of everyday life. We bring that vision to life through our values and culture. As an On‑Demand Team Member (TM), you can work as much or as little as you like, creating your own schedule by picking up shifts via the myTime mobile scheduling app. You’ll attend a Target Welcome orientation and complete a short‑term structured training before using the app to select the shifts you want to work.
