We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Starting Hourly Rate: $18.25 USD per hour. That's Pay. - About the role: The posting includes "ALL ABOUT TARGET", "ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND", "ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT". Those are sections describing role. We need to produce sections: maybe "About the role" (covering description of Target, On-Demand, Service & Engagement). Could also separate "Responsibilities" (list of duties). There's a big list of responsibilities under "As a Guest Advocate, No Two Days Are Ever The Same, But a Typical Day Will Most Likely Include The Following Responsibilities:" then bullet list. We need to extract responsibilities as list items. Also "WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR" includes qualifications/skills. Could be "Requirements" or "Qualifications" or "Skills". We'll need to decide. We have also benefits: link to benefits eligibility. No explicit benefits listed besides link. The instruction: never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It only gives a URL to learn about benefits eligibility, not actual benefits. So we should not create Benefits section. Schedule: The posting mentions schedule flexibility, On-Demand TM schedule may vary, you can create own schedule, pick up shifts, need to work at least one shift every 4 weeks, etc. That's schedule info. So we can include a Schedule section. Pay: we have Starting Hourly Rate. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Skills, Pay, Schedule. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading (not given). No Job ID. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's some EEO lines: "Target will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories..." That's EEO? It's about fair chance. Should we remove? It's not boilerplate? It's a statement about fair chance; might be considered EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we should remove that line. Also "Benefits Eligibility Please paste this url..." that's a link to benefits eligibility; but we are not making Benefits section. However we might still include that URL? It's not a benefit description; it's a link to learn about eligibility. Might be considered boilerplate? Not sure. Probably we should keep it as part of "About the role"? Not needed. Safer to omit. Also "Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) ..." that's legal boilerplate; remove. Also "Applications for this role are accepted on an ongoing basis..." that's application instructions; remove. Also Spanish duplicate lines; remove. Thus we keep substantive content: description of Target, On-Demand, Service & Engagement, responsibilities list, what we are looking for (skills/requirements), pay, schedule. We need to format as HTML:

About the role

then

paragraphs. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include details like: "Working at Target means helping all families discover the joy of everyday life. We bring that vision to life through our values and culture." etc. We need to include the On-Demand TM details: schedule flexibility, picking up shifts via myTime app, requirement to work at least one shift every 4 weeks, etc. Also Service & Engagement description: Advocates of guest experience etc. We need to include the responsibilities list as

  • items. We need to include "WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR" content: bullet points? It's prose with bullet-like sentences. We can convert to
    • for each item. We need to include Pay: Starting Hourly Rate $18.25 USD per hour. Schedule: details about flexible schedule, On-Demand, need to work at least one shift every 4 weeks, etc. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now craft HTML. We'll produce:

      About the role

Working at Target means helping all families discover the joy of everyday life. We bring that vision to life through our values and culture.

As an On‑Demand Team Member (TM) you can work as much or as little as you like; your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. You are not placed on the posted weekly schedule but instead create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or other team members via the myTime mobile scheduling app. When you pick up a shift, reliable and prompt attendance is required, and you are expected to work at least one shift every four weeks (minimum four hours). Flexibility may be granted in certain circumstances, but you must respond to our attempts to contact you to confirm interest in working shifts; failure to respond may result in termination, and not working a shift within five months leads to administrative termination. After an offer, you will attend a Target Welcome orientation and complete a short‑term structured training schedule, after which you use the myTime app to select the shifts you wish to work.

As a Guest Advocate you are an advocate of guest experience who welcomes, thanks, and exceeds guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction, loyalty enrollment and store cleanliness. You support both in‑store and digital services, know how to drive adoption and usage of Target’s offerings, and empower guests to shop quickly and easily at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick‑up and drive‑up while ensuring exceptional quality. Target believes in providing team members with meaningful experiences that help them build and develop skills for a career.

      Responsibilities

      • Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments:

        • Greet: 4 ft – greet the guest, smile and initiate a warm, helpful interaction
        • Help guests find what they need and/or resolve issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience
        • End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
        • Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude
        • Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience
        • Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
        • Scan and bag all guest items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices
        • Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy
        • Make the guest aware of current and upcoming brand launches, store activities and events
        • Know and speak to the benefits of Target Loyalty programs with every guest and assist with application, sign‑up, and sign in as needed
        • Be familiar with all fulfillment services, and know how to direct the guest to enroll, activate and use them
        • Understand and show guests how to use Wallet and the other features and offerings within the Target App
        • Attempt every return and follow register prompts, partnering with immediate leaders as needed to help solve issues for the guest while following Target’s policies and procedures
        • Partner with leaders as needed to de‑escalate any situations and recover the guest shopping experience while following Target’s policies and procedures
        • Deliver easy and accurate service to all Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests
        • Maintain a clean, clutter‑free work area (including gathering abandoned items, baskets, and hangers)
        • Stock supplies during store open hours while being available for the guest
        • Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance
        • Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible
        • Support guest services such as order pick up (OPU), Drive‑up (DU) Orders, DU Returns and maintain a compliance culture while executing those duties, such as compliance with federal, state, and local adult beverage laws
        • Perform all other duties based on business needs
But we have nested ul inside ul; maybe better to keep top-level li for each responsibility, and subpoints as separate li? Could flatten. Simplify: each bullet as a top-level li, but the first bullet "Create an easy..." is a heading for subitems; we could keep as li and then subitems as li as well. That's okay. We'll produce a flat list. Now "WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR" content: We need to capture: "This may be the right job for you if: - You enjoy interacting and helping others - including guests that shop our store and fellow team members you work with. - You thrive in a fast-moving, highly active and physically demanding role, where teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem solving are key to success. - You are open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and other peak shopping times). The Good News Is That We Have Some Amazing Training That Will Help Teach You Everything You Need To Know To Be a Guest Advocate. But, There Are a Few Skills You Should Have From The Get-go: - Communicating effectively, including using positive language and attentive to guests needs - Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes. - Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members - Attention to detail while multi-tasking - Willing to educate guests and engage around products and services - Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed - Work both independently and with a team - Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot We Are An Awesome Place To Work And Care About Our Teams, So We Want To Make Sure We Are Clear On a Few More Basics That We Expect: - Accurately handle cash register operations, cash transactions, and support cash office operations as needed. - Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving product up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds without additional assistance from others. - Flexibility when picking up shifts (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) to help meet store needs. - Active engagement by picking up and working shifts as well as responding to our attempts at contact. - You must work at least one shift within 5 months or you will be administratively terminated. - Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc. - Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary)." We could split into Requirements and Skills sections. But we can combine into one "Requirements" section with list. Better: "Requirements" for mandatory items (like schedule flexibility, lift weights, etc.) and "Skills" for interpersonal/communication skills. But we can just make one section "Requirements" with all. Given instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe just one "Requirements" covering both. We'll create
