About the Role

As an On-Demand Team Member (TM) at Target, you'll have the flexibility to work as much or as little as you like, creating your own schedule by picking up shifts that fit your availability. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, both in-store and digitally, while ensuring a welcoming and efficient shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, provide assistance, and exceed service expectations
• Promote and engage guests around Target's loyalty programs, services, and offerings
• Operate checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up, and drive-up efficiently
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Handle cash transactions and support cash office operations
• Stock supplies and merchandise during store open hours
• Support fulfillment services, including Order Pick Up and Drive Up
• Comply with safety policies and procedures

Requirements

• Availability to work varying hours, days, or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times)
• Active engagement by picking up and working shifts at least once every 4 weeks (minimum 4 hours)
• Response to contact attempts from Target to confirm interest in working shifts
• Attendance at Target Welcome orientation and completion of structured training

• Willingness to educate guests and engage around products and services
• Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $17.00 USD per hour
