Harbors Home Health & Hospice is continuing to grow in our communities. We are the premier agency for end-of-life care for both Grays Harbor and Pacific County. With growth, comes opportunities!
Responsibilities
- Provide support to patients and caregivers via by phone and/or home visits for urgent matters and significant changes.
- Provide end-of-life support as needed.
Requirements
- Current WA State RN license
- Current drivers license with acceptable drivers abstract
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Must be self-directed and autonomous
- Must have excellent observation, problem-solving and communication skills
