On-Call RN Hospice
Alpha Omega Hospice is seeking a Full Time On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care and support to hospice patients and their families during critical moments. This role focuses on identifying patient and family needs, coordinating care, and offering preventative measures and compassionate support.

Schedule
7 days on, 7 days off. Territory: Weatherford.
Responsibilities
- Respond to a variety of patient needs, from urgent to routine, providing unwavering support during critical moments.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs to foster meaningful connections.
- Maintain accurate documentation to ensure high-quality care, adhering to agency and regulatory standards.
- Support families by sharing knowledge and expertise, guiding them in caring for their terminally ill loved ones and offering reassurance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare preferred.
- Current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Minimum one (1) year of experience as an RN in a medical-surgical or acute care setting.
- Hospice experience is a plus.
- Computer proficiency, including experience with EMR systems.
- Current CPR certification, if required by state.

Pay
$79,000 - $90,000 per year (average pay range). The final offer will be based on the candidate’s relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position.
