What You Will Do

To change lives at Tree House North, you'll work directly with individuals experiencing acute mental health crises. Your role is crucial in stabilizing, supporting, and helping members return to their lives without the need for inpatient hospitalization.

You'll provide both one-on-one and group support, serving as the bridge between crisis and stability. This is an On-Call position, offering flexibility and variety in shifts. You'll support two locations: Tree House North in Anaheim and Tree House South in Mission Viejo.

What You Bring To The Table (Must Have)

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least one year of direct service experience in a mental health setting
• A valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
• A willingness to use your personal vehicle for attending meetings and other program activities

• Tree House North is a short-term crisis residential program, which works in collaboration with the Orange County Health Care Authority (OCHCA). It will assist members within Orange County who are experiencing acute mental health crisis, and need additional assistance in stabilizing their current level of functioning without resulting in the member being admitted to any Inpatient or higher level of care facility or program. The program is staffed by a multidisciplinary team that focuses on stabilization and recovery.
