About the role
Working in the Answer Center consists of answering phone calls and helping students, parents, and the community with inquiries related to enrollment services. On-Call staff will also assist the Registration Associates in the Registration Center with face-to-face interactions with students.
Responsibilities
- Provides courteous customer service in-person, on the phone, and for other online processes.
Qualifications
- High school graduate.
- One (1) year minimum of clerical experience.
- Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and be flexible within the work environment.
Physical Requirements
- Salary: $15/hour
- Work Hours: Variable work hours; Flexible Scheduling: Ability to work part-time and/or full days Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm and evenings/Saturdays, when needed.
