On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) - PT
Continuum Hospice is seeking a Part-Time On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care and support to hospice patients and their families during critical moments.

Schedule
Every other weekend, 8 am - 8 pm.
Territory
Bourne, Orleans, and Chatham.
Responsibilities
- Respond to a variety of patient needs, from urgent to routine, providing critical support.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation to ensure high-quality care in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
- Support families by sharing knowledge and expertise, guiding them in caring for their terminally ill loved ones.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare preferred.
- Current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Minimum one (1) year of experience as an RN in a medical-surgical/acute care setting.
- Hospice experience is a plus.
- Computer proficiency, including experience with EMR systems.
- Current CPR certification if required by state.

Pay
$41.00 - $52.00 per hour. The pay range represents a general guideline; final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience and specific responsibilities.
