On-Call Registered Nurse

About the role

Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document patient progress and interactions accurately
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and team meetings
• Maintain a clean and organized patient care area

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in your state
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in electronic health record systems
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
