ON CALL REGISTERED NURSE

About the role

Harbors Home Health & Hospice is continuing to grow in our communities. We are looking for some full time Hospice On-Call Registered Nurses. This position provides evening and after hours support for hospice patients and their caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to patients and caregivers via by phone and/or home visits for urgent matters and significant changes, and providing end-of-life support as needed.

Requirements

• Current WA State RN license
• Current drivers license with acceptable drivers abstract
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Must be self directed and autonomous
• Must have excellent observation, problem-solving and communication skills
