On-Call Recovery Specialist II - Mental Health 333

About the Role

The Recovery Specialist II provides care that responds to the physical and psychological needs of members served. The role delivers direct and indirect services according to individual service plans and Medicaid standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect care based on individual service plans.
• Utilize basic nursing skills and interventions for mental and physical health conditions.
• Drive clients to appointments and groups using the company vehicle.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D and two (2) years of experience in a psychiatric mental health setting or BA/BS with one (1) year experience in a mental health setting.
• Knowledge of basic nursing skills, mental and physical health conditions, and terminologies.
• Certification as a CNA or its equivalent is acceptable documentation of nursing skills knowledge.
• Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
• Willingness to use the company vehicle to transport clients.

Pay

Expected starting salary is $23.00 per hour. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges based on the location where the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

• Shift differentials: 6% for PM Shift, 10% for Overnight Shift.
• Weekend shift differentials: 5% for Weekend AM Shift, 11% for Weekend PM Shift, 15% for Weekend Overnight Shift.

Schedule

• Shifts available: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM.
• Days vary as needed (on-call).
